Built for the business in the middle

A service invoice has a customer and lines from different supplier companies, each with its cost and sale price. Posting it charges the customer, records what you owe each company and books the difference as your commission. A cash invoice records the payment at the counter, and a company paid at once is settled in the same step.

Every balance, in every currency

USD, Somali shillings, Kenyan shillings and more, each with the exchange rate of the day. A customer can owe you dollars and have shillings on deposit at the same time, and the statement shows both. Currency exchange between your tills books the gain or loss.

Cash, bank and mobile money

Receive and pay through cash drawers, bank accounts and EVC Plus, ZAAD, eDahab or Sahal wallets. Each cashier has a till; at the end of the day the till is counted note by note and closed, and nothing more can be entered for that day.

Money that cannot go missing

Entries are saved, checked and then posted by someone with the right permission, optionally a second person. Posted entries are never deleted, only reversed, the same form cannot be saved twice, and the trial balance and balance sheet always agree.

Take a photo or screenshot of a company's invoice, or upload the PDF, and the invoice form fills itself with the company, date, currency and lines for you to check.

The whole system works in English and Somali, installs on a phone like an app, and sends alerts for approvals, unclosed tills and customers over their credit limit.
