An online booking system for salons, barbers, spas and clinics. Customers pick a service, a person and a free time, then pay a small deposit by EVC Plus, ZAAD, M-Pesa, Premier Wallet or card to hold it. You see the day for each member of staff, get told about new bookings and send reminders the day before. It works in Somali and English.

Deposits that stop no-shows

A small deposit holds the slot. Card payments confirm straight away. For EVC Plus, ZAAD, M-Pesa or Premier Wallet the customer enters the transaction ID and you approve it from the dashboard. Unpaid holds free themselves after 15 minutes.

Keep customers coming back

Every customer has a history, notes and a loyalty reward, for example a free manicure after five visits. Sell gift vouchers and prepaid packages online, and send WhatsApp reminders with one tap.
