A booking website that knows what is free

Customers search by date and branch, see real prices with extras and promo codes, and book online. A car is never booked twice: availability includes other bookings, maintenance, blocks and a cleaning gap between rentals.

Pickup and return without paperwork

The preparation inspection, licence check, payment and deposit come before the keys. Damage is marked by clicking on a drawing of the car. On return the system adds late fees, extra mileage and missing fuel, and the deposit is settled separately from rental income.

Paid by mobile money

Customers pay their booking with EVC Plus, ZAAD and Sahal (WaafiPay), eDahab or M-Pesa from their phone, or send money to your Premier Wallet and give the transaction ID for a second staff member to approve.

Every car earns its keep

Fuel, maintenance and insurance costs post to each car. Management analytics show utilisation, average daily rate and revenue per car-day by category and branch, and the till is reconciled at the end of each day.
