Plan the week on a rota you can drag and drop. Double-up visits need both carers, and the system warns you about clashes with holidays, training or another booking. The dashboard shows today's timeline, visits in progress and anything that needs attention.

Each carer sees only their own visits and the guidance for that person. They scan the QR code to arrive and leave, record tasks and medication, and add the visit note. Time and location are saved with every step.

Records you can stand behind

Care plans, risk assessments, incidents and medication records keep every version, so nothing is quietly overwritten. Training and DBS evidence have expiry dates, and an audit log records who changed what.
