No car leaves without its checks

Before the keys are handed over the system checks the driver's DVLA and PCO licences, insurance eligibility, the signed agreement, the first week's rent and deposit, a valid MOT and PHV licence, and a passed collection inspection. If anything is missing it refuses the handover and says why.

Weekly rent that runs itself

Invoices are created on each billing day, payments go to the oldest invoice first, and duplicates are impossible. Arrears appear on a collection dashboard with promises to pay and payment arrangements, and refunds and deposit deductions need a second person to approve.

Compliance before the deadline

MOT every six months, PHV licence every year, insurance, servicing and tyres each have a due date. Reminders become tasks with an owner, and the driver is told when an appointment falls during their rental.

Inspections, repairs and contractors

Inspections are done on a phone with pass or fail items, tyre depths, photos, signatures and a damage diagram. Defects become work orders; garages quote, repair and invoice through their own portal, and a replacement car can be issued while the vehicle is off the road.

Drivers see their car, rent due, payments, documents and agreement, sign online and pay by card.
