From quote to paid invoice

Turn a quote into an invoice, take part payments and deposits, and issue credit notes when needed. Bills, expenses and supplier credits work the same way on the purchase side, with approval for large amounts.

Bank and M-Pesa that match

Import a bank statement as CSV, check it before anything is saved, and match each line to a payment. Duplicates are caught, and transfers, splits and rules keep month-end short.

Books your accountant can trust

Posted documents can't be edited, only reversed, and every change is logged. Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger and ageing are always up to date, with CSV, Excel and PDF exports.

A year-end your shareholders can read

When the year is closed, E-Hesabu produces the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement, a Shareholders' Equity List showing what each owner put in, took out and earned, a statement for every shareholder with their investment, profit or loss, dividends and the tax that applies (withholding tax on dividends and their share of company income tax), and a memo with the full results and who to contact with questions or disputes.
