From application to active member

People fill in the registration form online and confirm their email. Staff check and approve each application, and approval creates the membership and its first invoice. Free plans activate straight away; paid plans become active once the payment is confirmed.

Plans, renewals and payments

Annual, lifetime and free plans, each with its own price and benefits. Renewal invoices are created before a membership runs out, with a grace period after it. Payments recorded by one staff member are approved by another, part payments reduce the balance, and invoices and receipts are PDFs.

Cards, events and the member portal

Every active member gets a membership card with a QR code that anyone can scan to check it is valid. Events have a capacity and waiting list, tickets and one-time check-in at the door. Members sign in to see their membership, invoices, card and events.
