Shelgram: PCO car hire website and driver app
Shelgram Ltd rents PCO cars to Uber and minicab drivers in London. They now run the whole business on Sakiin PCO Hub: their own website, online driver applications, a driver phone app and the office system behind it, with their accounts in Xisaabaad.

What Shelgram needed
Shelgram Ltd hires out PCO-licensed cars to private hire drivers in London. Applications came in by phone and WhatsApp, weekly rent and deposits were tracked by hand, and every car's MOT, road tax and the driver's PHV licence had to be remembered by someone.
They wanted one place for all of it, and a website where drivers can see the cars and apply themselves.
What we delivered
- Their own website at shelgram.co.uk, with the cars that are free right now, weekly prices and the deposit shown up front.
- Online applications: drivers upload their PHV and DVLA licences from their phone and follow the approval.
- A driver app on the phone: rent due, payments, documents and reminders, and reporting a fault with photos.
- The office system behind it: fleet, rentals, weekly rent and arrears, deposits, inspections at every handover, repairs and quotes.
- Compliance reminders: MOT every six months, PHV licence, insurance and road tax, before anything runs out.
- Accounts too: in 2026 Shelgram added Xisaabaad for its bookkeeping, in pounds, with double-entry books, invoices, cash and bank, and statements for every customer and supplier.
The result
Shelgram runs its fleet from one system on the phone and the computer, and drivers can find a car and apply at any time of day. It is built on Sakiin PCO Hub, which other PCO rental companies can use too.
