GrandAura Hotel OS is a complete system for luxury hotels and lodges in East Africa. It runs on the hotel's own computers, so the front desk keeps working when the internet drops, and every computer catches up as soon as it is back.

Staff sign in with their name and PIN. The front desk checks guests in or out in seconds and encodes room keys at the same time. Every bill is kept in full: cash, card, M-Pesa sent straight to the guest's phone, bank transfer and company accounts. Housekeeping works from a live floor plan, and the restaurant, bar and spa have their own point of sale that can charge a meal to the guest's room. Revenue reports and rate rules show where the hotel stands and set tomorrow's prices.
