What Translink needed

Translink Consultancy advises government institutions, businesses, NGOs and development partners on strategy, institutional development, partnerships, programme management and digital transformation. They needed a website that looks as credible as the institutions they work with, and that their own team can keep up to date without calling a developer.

What we delivered

• A colourful, modern design built around their royal blue and cyan logo, with animated hero sections and clear calls to action.
• Services, expertise and a four-step approach (Understand, Design, Collaborate, Deliver), each easy to scan.
• Leadership profiles with photos, a short statement on each card and a full profile page for every team member.
• An admin panel where they write and publish news with a simple editor, edit the team, services and hero text, manage client logos and read enquiries from the contact form.
• Built for their own server: plain PHP and MySQL, secure logins, fast on phones, and installed on their hosting.
