Sending invoices by email and WhatsApp

Email PDFs, share secure links and send reminders.

Use "Send" to email the PDF to your customer. You can edit the subject and message; placeholders such as {invoice_number} and {customer_name} are filled in for you.

The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a message containing a secure link to view the invoice. We cannot see whether a WhatsApp message was delivered.

Secure links can be switched off at any time and expire automatically.
