Sakiin Invoice Pro is operated by Sakiin Designs. This policy explains what information we keep and why.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Business data you enter: business details, customers, products, invoices and payments.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser type for security, rate limiting and the activity log.
  • Guest invoices are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after a short period.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: creating and sending your documents, processing subscription payments and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers.

Your choices

You can update your details at any time and ask us to delete your account. Some financial records may have to be kept for the period required by law.
