Recording payments and receipts

Open an issued invoice and choose "Record payment". Enter the amount, date and method. Partial payments mark the invoice as Partially paid; when the balance reaches zero it becomes Paid.

A receipt can be created from any recorded payment and sent to your customer.

Online payments

On paid plans you can connect Stripe or PayPal. Your customer pays from the secure invoice link and the payment is recorded automatically once the payment provider confirms it.
